The AdAmAn Club Guest Application Process Is Open For 2018

You’re receiving this email because you have either applied to climb previously or asked for information about climbing with the AdAmAn Club. We wish to notify you that the application process for this year's climb has been available on our website for about a week.

To get instructions and fill out the application, go to the site and follow the link provided on the Home page or, for your convenience, use the following link to go directly to the application:

Note a change in our schedule this year.  The application needs to be completed by Saturday, October 27, 2018. We've completely overhauled the application this year and, as a result, cleared out all previous application data. If you filled out an application to climb in a previous year, you'll need to create a new application. Note: Be sure to click the "Submit" button (provided at the top and bottom of the form for your convenience). Simply making changes and then leaving the web page will NOT result in a submitted application. Don't consider your application submitted properly until you've received a confirmation email.

We suggest that you not wait until the last minute to apply. While the web-based application process has worked well and is easier and more foolproof than it's ever been, you should allow some time to deal with any ‘computer’ issues that may occur (you need help understanding the form, setting up your user account, you forgot your username or password, etc.).

If you've forgotten your password, you can have our website send it to you. If you've forgotten your username, feel free to contact Don Sanborn (donaldsanborn@adaman.org) and he will look it up for you.

If you haven't registered with our site before, your climb application will be a two step process involving registering on the site, followed by logging into the site and filling out the climb application. Note: you may 'Submit' an application as often as you'd like, should you need to edit an application you previously submitted. The system will remember your previously submitted information.
